Abbey is a pianist and piano instructor in the greater St Louis area. Her most recent studies culminated in a Master’s of Music in Piano Performance (as well as a Certificate in Piano Pedagogy) at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Millikin University, with a dual concentration in piano and French horn. 

She is a member of the Music Teachers National Association, for both the St. Louis and Gateway Arch chapters. She currently serves as the Young Artist Chair for SLAMTA, and is pleased to continue the tradition of encouraging young musicians to compete at the highest standard.
